Reiki Training
Begin your Reiki journey with me and I will be with you every step of the way. Learn this amazing energy healing treatment to help yourself, friends, family with Reiki 1. With Reiki 2 and 3, you can go on to learn more techniques, become a practitioner and even become a teacher yourself.
Reiki Classes are carried out at Escape Interventions in South Shields. All 3 degrees of Reiki are available. The course is relaxed and informal and the group size is a maximum of 4 so that each person can receive as much attention and support as they need. I fully support all of my students during training and afterward, I will always be available as your mentor. Please ask for more information.
Wellbeing Sessions
I have a range of Wellbeing Sessions available for both adults and children. They include Crystal Healing, Massage At Home, Aromatherapy, and Meditation. I have experience working with several charities including Escape Interventions Services and Waves Additional Needs Support Group where I work with people with a range of issues such as bereavement, anxiety, ADHD, Autism, bullying, and self-harm. The sessions are available on-site and off-site. I am DBS checked and can provide references if required. All of the services are designed to help reduce physical tension, stress and help to improve mental health holistically. Please ask for more information.
Corporate Services
I have a range of services available including Professional Chair Treatments and Classes such as Meditation, Laughter Yoga, and Aromatherapy. These can be carried out on or off-site, depending on the size of the group. I have experience working with charities and organizations including BT and Orange. Research has shown massage in the workplace to be very effective for performance and morale as well as the wellbeing of your employees. Please ask for more information.
